GSA, Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building

AE3 provided Construction Management Support Services for tenant improvements of the thirteenth floor of GSA’s Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building in Oakland. The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) was originally located at 201 Mission Street, Suite 2310 in San Francisco and was relocated to the thirteenth floor of the north tower in the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building.

The project scope included the renovation and modifications to the 5,546 SF space which included private offices and open office areas with supporting areas, a hearing room, conference rooms, a witness waiting area, a reception area, a break room, a copy / admin room, and a communications room.
