AE3 performed Construction Management Support Services for a Judge’s Chambers Tenant Improvements at the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building in San Jose. The project included alterations of an existing library space on a portion of the 5th floor to accommodate Judges' Chambers, USDC Intern Offices, and the USDC Library relocation. Construction management services included construction, commissioning, and contract close-out.
