GSA, Phillip J. Burton Federal Building And U.S. Courthouse, U.S. Trustees Relocation Project

AE3 performed Construction Management Support Services for the US Trustees Relocation Project at the Phillip J. Burton Federal Building in San Francisco.  This recaptured vacant space project included tenant improvements to the 1st and 5th floor of the existing building at 450 Golden Gate Avenue. The approximated renovated area is 9,000 SF. The scope included remaining design and tenant improvement construction. Construction management services included construction, commissioning, and contract close-out.
