Dealership Restoration

AE3 was retained by a developer to rebuild an old Dodge Jeep Dealership that was abandoned for a decade and then subject to fire damage from several arson attempts, as well as damage from thieves that removed copper wiring and HVAC materials from the building. The building suffered further water intrusion damage.

The AE3 team completed a thorough assessment of the building and determined a strategy to quickly, and cost effectively obtain a new occupancy permit for the building for a prospective tenant. The building systems, including HVAC, electrical, life safety, egress and ADA access, were brought up to current standards. The building was subsequently leased to a major electrical automobile manufacturer who completed the remaining interior TI work and branding.
