AE3 designed the Lowell Street condominium project which included a three-story, 7-unit, multi-family residential building over a new garage (“podium” construction). Units include loft studios, 2 bed/2 bath and 3 bed/2 bath condominiums. The project resulted in a new zoning type (HBX-1) specifically to accommodate the project that now has been applied to other city sites.
