AE3 performed Construction Management Support Services for Judge’s Chambers Tenant Alterations at the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building in San Jose. The project included alterations of an existing library space on a portion (3,900 SF) of the 5th floor of the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building to accommodate Judge’s Chambers, USDC Intern Offices, and the USDC Library relocation. Construction management services included construction, commissioning, and contract close-out.
