To streamline their medical office space and bring their medical technology up-to-date, the Arlington Medical Center Group selected AE3 to design a 12,500 SF tenant improvement project. The project was completed in two phases so that patients received continuous care throughout the renovation.

The project modernized area inpatient operations including 23 exam rooms, patient waiting area, three ADA accessible registration areas, and an ADA accessible restroom. Advanced imaging and treatment areas were included to assure that patients utilizing the center were treated with the most current and scientifically advanced technologies. In addition, a flexible design with the future in mind will permit the facility to accommodate emerging technologies and advances in medical care with minimal facility costs.
