Patelco Credit Union - San Jose Branch

AE3 was awarded several tenant improvement projects with Patelco Bank. The largest project to date was for their flagship location in San Jose, CA. Part of the deliverable for AE3 was to create Patelco’s brand standards for tenant improvements, which were based upon the design of this location. In addition, as the Architect of Record, AE3 completed the full redesign of this 2,897 SF interior space, including a full renovation of the reception areas, members lounge, coffee station, teller areas, semi-private offices, discovery stations, including a counter fitted with iPads for self-service, and media walls. Additionally, AE3 provided services for the branch's conference rooms and a back of house space which facilitated an employee lounge, check writer, kitchenette, and IT cage.

AE3 used custom high-end light fixtures throughout the space, as well as cultured stone counter frontals, and high-polish large format porcelain flooring.
