Description: AE3 Partners, along with Americap Financial, have been selected as developer for the Richmond Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP Funds). Program allows for the redevelopment of 50+ scattered single family home site, mainly foreclosure and bank REO’s. Goal is to create large scale rehab effort to identify properties and rehab them into first-time homebuyer opportunities or low to moderate income rental housing.
