Chabot Ridge Hillside Development

Description: Determined that a difficult hillside site previously deemed as “undevelopable” could accommodate 9 to 12 3,000 square foot housing units with moderate civil improvements. Incorporated a pipeline easement to serve as open space to buffer project from neighbors to the south. Completed market study and developed initial pro-formas for the site.
