Description: Renovation of a basement laboratory space to accommodate three of the largest transmission electron microscopes (TEM’s) on the west coast, as well as supporting lab space. Project successfully accommodated the TEM’s within 75% of the space originally requested by the manufacturer and provided safeguards against water intrusion in the flood prone area.
