Description: Field office, vehicle/property impound, and fleet maintenance facility. Project was a private sector “turnkey” development for the Federal GSA. Required conversion of an existing warehouse facility with new offices, vehicle maintenance shop, property impound, etc. Developed project concept, managed design services, entitlements/permitting, contractor procurement, and CM services.
