Description: 4,500 square foot renovation of an existing commodity brokerage office. Project joined two separate spaces owned by the same tenant with a convenience stair and created a more efficient layout that was able to add 3 additional occupants. Project also upgraded an adjacent restroom core to update the appearance and provide needed disabled access upgrades.
